This means your program not only helps you gain strength, but also allows you to move pain-free and recover optimally for consistent progress.

  • Your time is valuable. We don't waste minutes on ineffective exercises. Your program is fully personalized and progressive, based on a thorough assessment of your history, goals, and lifestyle.   • In the Functional Body Method, we believe that hard results require compromise. Therefore, we've structured our pricing to reward your vision fairly.

    Single Session ($95): Perfect for an initial assessment or one-time follow-up.

    Packages (starting at $75/session): Our packages are designed for your real transformation. Over the course of 10 to 20 sessions, ensure the consistency and strategy necessary to write your strength and movement patterns. This will result in the lowest session price and maximum value for your reversal. Functional health is a marathon, not a sprint.

    I have been searching for the right calisthenics teacher because I have a goal of doing handstands and pull ups. I’ve been training with Andres for 5 weeks and I progressed A LOT. He does not only understand calisthenics, but some weight exercise for strength, some yoga for balance, and many more.

    I started from not being able to do a full push up to being able to do 10 at once. He’s a great teacher because he makes it fun, keeps it safe not to force or injure yourself and focuses on your goal that you want to achieve.

    I always look forward to training with Andres and I can’t wait to get better and better!
